Our philosophy is that people who buy property on Gran Canaria want to enjoy the wonderful climate, get to know local culture and cuisine and spend as little time as possible on maintenance and formalities.

In the immediate vicinity of Riviera Vista there is a supermarket offering an ample selection of day-to-day items, a good range of cheeses and meats.

The Owners and Tenants at Riviera Vista will have access to office and Internet facilities and will receive offers for spas, golf, bus or car excursions and cultural events on the island.
The island’s capital city, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with its 500,000 inhabitants, offers a wide programme of concerts, culinary experiences and history.

Transportation

From Las Palmas Airport it takes about 35 minutes by car. If you choose to use a taxi, the fare is approximately €55. If you contact the concierge he/she can arrange for car rental service from the airport or to the hotel. The local bus service line number 91 will take about 45 minutes from the airport to Playa del Cura. The bus stop is located only 200 meters from Riviera Vista.

Riviera Vista works in collaboration with the tourist operation of the aparthotel, the maintenance of common areas, services and the marketing of the unit rentals.
